Great price! Clean room! It was a cold day when we arrived but they had already turned the heat on in the room for us. The quality of the free breakfast was very unexpected! It was awesome! The even had a omelette station! Pancake and waffles fresh made! And tons of other options! And all the servers were smiling and so very kind and friendly! I’ll definitely be back. Thank you.

We arrived there early at two o’clock. I believe check in wasn’t until three. They let us in early. We had great room clean and a breakfast was great.

Very nice accommodations. The room was very clean and the mattresses were very comfortable as I have a bad back. Nice selection for breakfast.

We stay in Choice hotels every time we travel. And this was the best we've stayed in, hands down.

Clean room and comfortable. I’ve stayed here twice and would stay again. Good area with things to do close by.

The workers were very disrespectful, not very accommodating. and rude. Except for a worker named Roz he was helpful.

Comfort Inn downtown--Clean, well kept. Right off interstate on Demonbreun. Staff was pleasant, quickly resolved any issue. Easy parking. Taxis readily available.

Very clean hotel, very friendly staff, great location.

I was broken down and stranded in Nashville. I booked a room which was really expensive for what the room was. I had called the desk at 7:30 a.m. to see if I could get a late check out as the check out was at 11:00 a.m. The woman said she could let me stay until 12:00 p.m. I told her thank you and I appreciate it. At 12:02 p.m. a man was banging on my door. He asked when I was leaving I told him I have to grab a bag and I was leaving. He is the same man who took the reservation and was very rude. This place was subpar at best don't stay here.

Very satisfied! Very clean, great hospitality, very comfortable.

Beds comfortable,lots of pillows. Coffee maker did not work, old stained wash cloth still in the room (not ours). Fair location to Broadway bars. Great breakfast, massage chairs in lobby were AWESOME after a long, cold walk.

Everything was good.

The curtains were hanging off the rod broken. We checked in later and wanted to not have them fix at the time night…seems like housekeeping should have notified them when cleaning rather than have us report it. I thought price should have been lower. I’m sure when construction is done it will be nicer but not so nice now. Also I dealt with two different staff and not as friendly as some of my other choice one stays.

I called and got a reservation asking if it was a a close proximity to Polk Avenue. Little did I know that there are two Polk Avenues. When I got to my work destination, I found it was 10 minutes out of the way plus traffic. I called to cancel and was advised that there was a 30% cancellation fee. I had just booked the room an hour or less earlier. I asked them to waive the fee since the rep had advised me that I was a mile or less away which led me to book the room. I asked for someone to review / dispute the charge and was advised that it would take 7 10 days. I got an email afterward stating that my request for cancellation was denied. I called back and they assured me that they had the room cancelled but I have received no email to that effect. I now am getting an email saying that my stay ends tomorrow and please rate my stay. I was decided by initial rep, the next one does not appear to have cancelled the reservation and I now am hoping the third one I talked to cancelled it. I stay at Comfort Inns regularly. This was not the customary experience.
