After searching for a hotel in the area, this hotel showed availability. When arriving, I was told there were no rooms. I questioned the online view, on their on website, showing rooms were available. I also pointed out the clip board the associate had laying at his keyboard titled and highlighted in pink “List of available rooms.” He stated that if I wanted a room, I would need to book it online and was pretty rude about it. After doing that, again, on their on website, I showed him the confirmation and he allowed me to check in. The room he gave us was a disaster, towels everywhere and beds unmade. I went back to the counter, he moved us to another room which turned out fine. We looked for water, there were none in the vending machines, none in the store and he was less than helpful and said, we don’t have water. All and all, a bad experience and cheap hotel for $450 a night.
