My husband and I went to Chateau Inn and Suites for an early birthday celebration for my husband. We have never visited Spring Lake we loved the town! The hotel was modern and spotless yet it still had the quaintness of a hotel from 1888. The people at the hotel were so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!
My spouse had a medical emergency so we had to cancel our stay. I had purchased the Refund Protection Plan. I called the hotel to cancel and they denied having any control over the reservation process. I have tried repeatedly to contact the reservation service but cannot get through. Their email links go nowhere I don't even know their name. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company to have any hope of receiving a refund. This system is horrible!
