Entrance to Lodge was damaged with broken glass facade. Address was not readable due to missing number in the address. As a result, Taxi nor Uber could find the location. Had to wait outside in the dark to be processed street because of the late night check in policy, that was dangerous for those of us waiting. Area was smoke filled and super hot outside. Once helped, the manager was kind and carried my luggage up four flights of stairs (that I could not have managed by myself). Room was also smoke filled and curtains were broken, making secure environment concerning. Sheets and towel were clean. Lobby (when checking out) looked like a storage area for supplies. My flight was cancelled and it did not appear I had other choices in the night. It was a scary experience.
I checked in and checked out within 20 minutes.
