We came for a Marriage Conference and had a booking for Friday night but decided to come one day early. We couldn’t book the same room so they moved our luggage to the new room when it was ready. Much appreciated.
We stayed in a suite. It gave us plenty of room. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
Clean rooms and courteous staff.
This was not our first stay at this hotel. The grounds are lovely and the room was very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I booked my room from what I thought was your hotel and it was a third party. I checked rates and availability when I checked in and and they were far less than I was charged. I was lord to by the third party telling me the hotel was almost sold out as well. I have stayed a few times with you and am disappointed that you let this happen.
We have stayed at the Berlin Grande since its first opening and have returned every time we visit the area. The experience has been consistent. The room is always clean with everything supplied as expected. The breakfast is among the best with a friendly attendant. The location is great with quick access to all locations. IN short, we will continue to make the Berlin Grand our choice.
It was our second stay at the Berlin Grande while visiting the area. The staff is so courteous, the rooms are huge, room to move around in not just jump in bed. The beds are so comfortable! The bathroom showers are so luxurious and the sink counter definitely adapts to two ladies getting ready for the day ahead. The breakfast bar is excellent, good selection and very tasty! Central location is key. You aren’t very far from most of the places you choose to visit. This was our first mother daughter trip there and we will always stay at the Grande when we go back! The first trip was with my husband and he enjoyed the quiet atmosphere there.

We and our granddaughters enjoyed our stay very much. We needed to upgrade and this was done with kindness and understanding. We had a little trouble with our charge card, but the staff was very patient in working it through.
Always clean and well stocked! Roomy and accommodating. The grounds are very attractive and inviting. We use the outdoor space for relaxing with coffee. Front desk staff is pleasant and helpful, thank you. Until next time 😊.
