"Extra Charge"

I have previously stayed with my two dogs, never had a problem. This stay I only brought one dog. After getting home and looking through my bank account I had an extra 40 dollar charge to my account. When I called and inquired they said it was because of excessive dog hair and it took them two hours to clean the room. Mind you, same dog as the last two times and I NEVER got charged for cleaning. The fact they dis this without notifying me is 100% unprofessional. They told me I should have cleaned before checking out. .. seriously??!

"Never Again!"

The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were flabby, the shampoo dispenser was empty. But the worst was that as soon as I turned on the AC, at least a dozen dead bugs (including roaches, flies, termites and others I couldn’t identify) blew out onto the floor. Gross!

"Don't Fall for the reviews!"

Do not look at the reviews and think this place will be fine. First, we booked a non smoking room. Upon arrival, the front desk manager stated that he was out of non smoking rooms but assured us the rooms would be okay. When we opened the door to the room the smell was awful. I don't think a smoker could have slept in it. We had a double bed room and both comforters had so many cigarette burns completely through the material. The toilet seat even had cigarette burns on it. My family didn't even unpack and we went back to the front desk manager and requested a refund since we did not book a smoking room and my wife and three kids couldn't sleep in it. He stated that there was nothing he could do and so we left and luckily found another room for the stay.
