Felt Unsafe with broken door and requested a new room. Server replied no rooms available but then turned around and told customer behind me she had a room available.
This evening, I approached the front desk to request a different room. The staff member was unprofessional and disrespectful. She mentioned that I should have conveyed this concern earlier in the day, but I explained that we had planned activities and had only just returned to town. We are not seeking a refund but simply a different room where we feel safe.
