Front Desk staff, especially Anthony, were helpful, efficient and personable. They shared warm smiles and friendly conversations while doing their jobs. I was greeted with a smile every time I passed the Front Desk.
Would have been great if the power had not gone out.
I have stayed twice during last three weeks for a total of seven days. The lobby Men's bathroom is uncleaned every morning. No toilet paper for commode. Wastebasket overflowing. Sinks and counter dirty. Only on my last morning had it been properly cleaned and stocked. You can do better!
This hotel is awesome. Definitely will be my go to when in the Charlotte area. The staff were attentive, happy, friendly and so helpful. The room, pool area, bar and lobby area are immaculate. And sweet generous amenities, include an ice water dispenser by the front door, complimentary water, tea, soft drinks and a sweet treat off of the pool. Both the parfait and key lime pie were delicious. We had dinner in the bar one evening and the food was delicious and the bartender a sweetheart. And I must add the complimentary coffee served in the lobby is the best coffee I have ever been offered in a hotel! I would love to go back and will be back.
