The carpets were dirty. The room smelled musty. I found two water bottles behind the chair that weren't our when I was checking the room prior to us leaving. Just not the quality of AmericInn we have had in the past.
How did I get tricked into trip cancellation fee!? NOT Happy Hot tub was hot BUT jets didn’t work NOT Happy Heat in bathroom did NOT work NOT Happy Some LOTION would've been nice Attitude when asked Front Desk Not Happy Parking lot full of cigarette butts and garbage Sign turned over out front that employees have to walk by to come in PLEASE DO BETTER.
Hotel was very comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was good and was a very nice stay.
