This hotel was clean, the cafe food was amazing! The kids had the French toast with strawberries and I had the eggs your way. The coffee was from Starbucks delicious! Perfect!
Quite a few smaller problems with this property, but they added up. They had lower prices advertised when I checked in but didn’t adjust my rate. I’d only booked the day before. Required a $50 “deposit” on top of full pre payment but charged my card $100. Upon check in we were given two bottles of water and one tiny rice crispy treat that, I’m assuming, we were both to have a little bite from. No fan in bathroom, so we had to use a towel to prop open the door open. Room is dated. Serviceable but worn out. I poured water into a Glass near the coffee station and it tasted like chemicals. I had to completely rinse it before I could use it. Ice maker on my floor doesn’t function, so had to go to another floor to find ice. I recommend the management display a sign near the elevators that reminded guests with children that the hallway is not a playground. My room was very near the elevator and noisy. ++ Staff were very nice and professional.
