Adam checked me in and he was very pleasant and personable. Room was comfortable and bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast choice and nice seating area. Hotel was nice and quiet.
Building is older could use some updates. Beds were ok. Not the most comfortable. But the Customer service was top notch. When I made the reservation I requested a two queens beds and a rollaway bed as we had two teens with us. They had said no problem. On arrival there was not a roll away bed. We went to the office as the phone didn’t work and asked the person there he said it would be taken care of. When we got back from dinner etc abt 9:30 still no rollaway bed. We again went to the office to which he let us know that they didn’t have any but would upgrade us to a suite at no charge. Both rooms were clean. And maid service checked on us….
