I expect high quality from a Hampton Inn clean rooms and linens, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. But the Decatur HI had something more: an amazing woman named Me at the front desk who helped us above and beyond after a bad mess with a nearby hotel. She was calm, compassionate, informative and very, very nice and rescued our evening stay. She was amazing!
Our stay was very enjoyable. We came to Decatur for our family reunion. Enjoyed the breakfast and the rooms were very nice.
My overall experience was OUTSTANDING.
The staff was polite and the hotel was very clean.

Very clean hotel, our room had everything we needed. The pool is awesome, it had the best water temperature. My daughters and I had a fun relaxing night together here. Plus the staff is super friendly and helpful, every interaction I had was wonderful. We love this hotel and will definitely be back!
