You know what they say about first impressions. My first impression was the person who answered the phone when I wanted to change my reservation to add another day to the beginning. Sophia was the person on the other end of my line and she did what seemed impossible to me. She handled the whole affair as if it was not a problem at all and made me feel like I was not troubling her. She was very polite and gracious. My next impression was when I arrived on Thursday afternoon and not only was my room ready but I was asked if I want to be on the second, third, or fourth floor and actually got a room that was super convenient to the event that I was attending at the convention center. The trend continued as my friend arrived on Friday to share a room with me and she was given the red carpet treatment. This morning my friend decided to go early and I decided to wait a little bit. Housekeeping showed up with a “whatever you need attitude“. She was so polite, even though we didn’t need anything. This has been a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone as long as I still get to stay room 206 next year. Thanks for asking.
The room was clean and inviting, the gym was also clean and functional and the breakfast was wonderful and nourishing. I couldn't have asked for a better night's stay on short notice.
