Kick out the stupid manager of that hotel. How do I call in for an early check in and even pay an additional fee and upon getting to the hotel, all the manager could tell me is I don't have any room for you now, wait till 3pm. No manner of approach to courtesy, I was really dissapionted. Anyways I am still waiting for my refund. Thank you. Once again kick out the female stupid manager there.
