We are relocating and had so many issues come up! I booked our stay at LaQuinta for six nights, until the closing on our home because I had to start work before we got into our home. We have pets and brought a ton of household items with us because the movers won’t deliver for a while. It took us multiple trips in and out both coming and going to pack up. The front desk team at LaQuinta was amazing; they provided quarters for the laundry when they could, recommended places to eat and extended our stay in the same rooms when we could not actually get moved in for another day. They were cheerful and empathetic, kind to our pups and just made everything doable. We also had a room with kitchen, which was so helpful. It was clean and had a full refrigerator and stove (not easy to find). The place was quiet (we got great rest) and the beds were comfortable. We are so grateful!
I must say our experience was very positive. Ashley went the extra mile to help us check in early so we could make plans we had in motion! We were tired and miserable after the big wind and power outage and Ashley was so helpful and pleasant when we needed that! Thanks again.
