We’ve stayed at Hyatt places before and we’re disappointed in this Hyatt place. For one our room was 306 and it smelled like sewer the entire time. There were visible mouse droppings on the dresser. The shower was not hot when we went to complain about it. They asked us what we wanted them to do about it. I would not recommend staying at this particular Hyatt place.

We had a wonderful stay. There is a huge tournament in town this weekend. They were running out of queen rooms for large families and asked us if we would be willing to take a king room instead. We were willing and they made our stay even better. We received a top floor which overlooked Top Golf, my daughter’s favorite sport next to volleyball which is why we were there. They were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the walls had enough insulation, we never heard another person while we were in our rooms. Highly recommend this hotel.
