No shampoo provided, no extra toilet paper(came close to running out), outlet on bedside lamp quit working, strike plate on door loose, lock on door had to be finagled so we could even shut the door (bolt would get stuck out) and when we asked that our rewards points be added to our membership, we were told we were ineligible because we booked through Expedia. I had book directly through this hotels website. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.
My family and I stayed at Fairfield Inn and Suites while visiting family in Acworth and I was very disappointed in my experience. That night approximately 9PM there was this continuous vibration that could be felt while laying in bed. It was severe enough that I became nauseated and felt ill. I wasn’t able to sleep until about 1AM when the vibrating stopped. This wasn’t helpful as we left about 3AM to resume our travels.
We arrived earlier than expected. Sean took care of us and was able to get us in a room quickly! The room and bathroom were clean and fresh. Breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, fruits, highly recommend. Thanks again to Sean for the great service.
