Overall, very good. The bed was comfortable. I get very hot at night in hotel rooms and often have a bad night. In this case the air conditioner worked very well, even though winter and kept me cool. I will stay at this Hotel next time I am doing business in Columbus as the most important thing to me is staying cool at night. The attendant was good.
The desk clerk was very accommodating, providing extra coffee creamer and fixing our TV remote. The room was comfortable, cafe was very clean, we enjoyed our stay there the first night and we decided to stay again on our return trip.
Price was good. Convenient.
was surprised and disappointed when the advertised price for a room almost doubled after a multitude of "fees" and taxes. .perhaps consider advertising the ACTUAL price. ..will reconsider another nity next travel plans.
