Great staff and facility.
The hotel is well kept up. The rooms are large and well appointed. We stayed in room 327 and the bathroom was large. Loved the black and white tile. Sara at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was good. Towels were large and fluffy. Bed was comfortable. It’s right across the street from the Niagara River.
I would stay there again, but would like a clock in the room. It worked well with my husband who is handicapped.
Rooms were nicely appointed and staff was friendly and accommodating.

The Niagara Crossing did NOT disappoint. We enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast was the hot and fresh.
I loved the room, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great, what brand are the pillows?? Great morning breakfast ! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Great location for access to Buffalo and Canada!
Enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday, easy access to the hotel. The staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with, would recommend staying here at any time of the year.
This was the first time we stayed at the Niagara Crossing Hotel and Spa. It was very quaint. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast provided was excellent. I highly recommend this Hotel.
