I will no longer be staying at the Double Tree. I have stayed here two previous stays when visiting family. Due to a pest issue (live cockroach) in the room. I now have to attempt to get a refund through a third party (Expedia).
We stayed for a holiday weekend. The airport shuttle was easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and beautiful. I will absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful stay! Comfy room, great breakfast buffet, great location, convenient shuttle service to and from the airport.
No complaints I was impressed by the fact that the front desk made sure the wheelchair was available for my mom and the first floor room was made available early, thanks for that!
