We were welcomed graciously and escorted to our room even before the Check In time (within the hour). The morning breakfast featured both light and more substantial offerings.
Refused to offer senior discount. Smelled like dirty cleaning water. In the morning a big spider ram out from behind the bed while we were having our coffee. In the night while peeing I thought the tub was chipped, most of been a big cause it wasn’t there in the morning. For 160.00 it cost more than Comfort inns are they are 1000 times better.
They did not honor the insurance I paid for. I feel I was taken advantage of. Miss lead about the insurance. I will never have any business with best Western ever.

I've stayed here many times without a complaint. This time room 122 stunk so bad our clothes in our suitcases smelled like the room. It smelled like sour mop water and moth balls. We were really tired and it was late so we stayed anyway! I'm retired military so if I complain about accommodations it's pretty bad!

From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay we were treated like royalty by the entire staff. They were all extremely courteous, professional and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. Oh and the breakfast buffet was just the best! We would stay here again and highly recommend it.
