The room itself was clean and quiet, but. 1. The hotel clerk handed me two keys to my room when I checked in. Neither one worked at all. I had to go back. He did not seem sorry. 2. I woke up in the morning, wandered into bathroom and discovered. no soap (that's not the elephant joke). I called down, the clerk seemed mystified that there was no soap. I asked him to send someone up with some. He said no; I'd have to come down. Again, not sorry.
