The cool thing about Clarion Hotel & Suites is that it offers a range of recreational amenities, including a nightclub, an indoor pool, and a waterslide.
Front staff were quick despite large influx. Room was neat. Floor was loud, to be expected near the pool area with large amount of family’s. Seems very family friendly. I would definitely stay again.
Hotel was nice enough. Clean. But our first experience when we pulled up was several people out side and a person using drugs interveniously. At the door we used, more were using drugs and lots of paraphernalia when we went to walk the dogs.
First of all, check in staff should know where the rooms are and not send guests on a wild goose chase to find their room. Claire and the front desk is very inexperienced and needs training. Echo restaurant is in need of a manager that tries the food and coffee. C’mon it should be better than that. No butter for pancakes, only margarine?? Coffee was awful. Asked staff where to fine the restaurant and they looked at us like we were crazy. Well we don’t live here and don’t know it was around the corner from the lounge. And she didn’t care to be helpful and then was sarcastic. This is a sub par hotel. Management needs to figure it out. Bed was comfortable, pool area was crazy busy with kids parties.
