Staff was helpful and friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff a delight. Loved the fire table on the patio!
The elevator did not work properly. We were charged an additional $25 fee at check in for potential damage. That is crazy! I.

Housekeeping came when asked they were awesome! All the other people were great except for reprimanding a three and 6 year old.
Rooms were wonderful, spacious and clean. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again.
