Our family of three had a wonderful stay at the Buckhead Embassy Suites. The staff went above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely stay at Embassy Suites in the future.

Housekeeper was wonderful. Hotel looked clean and bright.
Upon checking in the rolling shower for my wheel chair elderly mom was not available nor the two Queen beds. I was told it would be received the next day and it was not. I ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa the entire time. The Hotel Manager was able to get me a shower chair and gave me points to accommodate but it was disappointing and I had an anxiety attack because I was very uncomfortable for me and my mom. I made the reservation months in advance. I was very disappointed and compensation should have given for the room. I am very disappointed and do not plan of returning to the hotel.
Enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.
