Housekeeper was wonderful. Hotel looked clean and bright.
Upon checking in the rolling shower for my wheel chair elderly mom was not available nor the two Queen beds. I was told it would be received the next day and it was not. I ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa the entire time. The Hotel Manager was able to get me a shower chair and gave me points to accommodate but it was disappointing and I had an anxiety attack because I was very uncomfortable for me and my mom. I made the reservation months in advance. I was very disappointed and compensation should have given for the room. I am very disappointed and do not plan of returning to the hotel.
