I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming and attentive. My suite was spacious, clean and well appointed — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I appreciated the separate living area which made the room feel like a mini apartment. The complimentary breakfast was a standout! Made to order omelets, fresh fruit and plenty of hot options — it really helped start the day right. I also enjoyed the evening reception with snacks and drinks, a nice bonus that added a relaxing touch to the evenings. The location was convenient and parking was easy. Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Albuquerque!
Great place to stay in Albuquerque for a good price. Professional staff, helpful. Great rooms.
General first impression was nice but that’s where things ended. Staff was very polite and friendly. Room although clean was badly in need of preventative maintenance. Snacks at happy hour offered little more than raw vegetables, considerably less than less expensive hotels. Restaurant dinners were less than tasty and very much overpriced. All in all not at all what you would expect from a Hilton type hotel. When traveling again I would hesitate choosing this hotel in the future.
We booked a room on a family emergency. Upon arrival, the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and very quiet. Highly recommend!
one of three elevators not working mold in the bathroom and window poor quality cleaning dirty behind the toilet seat, loose toilet seat, poor bathroom ventilation, hair on the TV Items taken from the fridge even though no room service that day.
Carpetsare getting very dirty. I didn't like my turkey sandwich. Jessica the manager was very nice and gave ma discount.
There was no bellman, I had a broken arm and the reservation girl went and got a cart herself loaded my suitcase and wheeled everything to my room.
Always walk in to room and it’s clean and ready for our stay.
