The hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive to every detail. From Richard and Hannah answering all of our questions about touring downtown to Tony M. and Matt driving the shuttle bus going above and beyond with customer service. We feel like we made friends to see again the next time we visit and we will hope to stay here again! Just a wonderful experience from all of the staff.
It was worth every penny especially with the shuttle service to the attractions, breakfast and happy hour. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites!

The hotel was convenient to our meeting. Our reservations were in order when we arrived and the valet took care of the car. We were able to utilize the shuttle for dinner so we didn't need to retrieve our car until checkout. The managers reception is always a bonus. We needed some copies for our presentation the next day and the front desk took care of it promptly. We will use this hotel again because of the excellent service and convenience.
