Hotel was not well kept. No running water multiple nights. No housekeeping service multiple days. No extra snacks that were promised in the listing. And, despite all the carpet everywhere, I never once heard a vacuum running. Rooms were worn out with stains, cracks and multiple things malfunctioning from outlets to fridges to extra sinks in the room. Just overall a very poor experience. Also was way busy. Always a huge line for breakfast and the evening reception so we didn’t even partake in them which is the whole point of booking here. Staff was nice but seemed short handed…I would definitely not stay here again.
