I was appreciative that Embassy Suites was located close to Ahuja Hospital. My husband was admitted through ER so it was late that night that he got a room and I needed a close location to sleep at that late hour. The main floor was very nice, my breakfast was delicious.
Great stay at this hotel. Clean. Wonderful customer service. Bartender was so fun to talk to. Close to UH for appointments.

The service and staff here are focused, customer friendly and good at what they do. The property is older and can use some updates. Quality of food is good.
Shower is like dumping water on you. Need to fix leaking shower reduces water flow to shower. might be better if you had a shower head $13.00 for a fine spray shower Roon 233. TV switch in bed room failing. Add a few foam pillows cause the std suck. Food good Desk assistant at four pm on the 31 of March leaves lots to be desired. Personality of a rock. And why do I get a balance due bill and not a actual receipt. and WTF is this $36.00 fee for. Your room rate on the bill said 107 and I was charged $129 plus tax. Who keeping what here? Liy I will stay at HI next time with this type of bait and switch.
Over all very disappointed did not live up to the standard of other embassy hotels by a long shot dated furniture Pieces of carpet rip out and lay back down I rate this hotel a five and customer service was terrible I asked for a wake up call and didn't get one I missed my family car that I rented for the family and being new to the city I had to navigate my self forty minutes away to find the church and yes I was late and viewing were over now and we'll let just say that I time here will not be one that I will like to remember over all just like to say think you least the bed was comfortable that's all I.
