From arrival to check out, Embassy Suites is first class! The front desk staff was courteous and helpful! The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed cocktail hour at the hotel bar and breakfast was scrumptious and filling!

I want to thank all of the staff for their kindness, especially the bartenders, kitchen manager and front desk. Housekeeping was terrific. We feel like we made some fiends.
I felt the staff was professional very helpful. The hotel was clean. The pool was refreshing. Our room was just as I expected. Breakfast was wonderful.

Very Accommodating!
An open Capri Sun and a bag of fruit snacks was left on the counter. The bathroom floor had lots of long black hair and finally the fridge needs to be unplugged and defrosted.
Most of the staff was pleasant and very accommodating. A very nice stay. Made another reservation for next month.

It wasn’t as nice as a doubletree Hilton I’ve stayed at, shower curtain had brown stains and couldn’t get room service.
Front desk was not helpful. Room was dirty and property was very run down. Called bookline to cancel reservation and was told that they escalated my call and a supervisor would call me that didn't happen. Very dissatisfied. This was a business trip and our headquarters are near Embassy Suites. I will advise our employees not to use this facility.
