My experience was confusing, I booked online and went to grab my key cards and the lady told me I’d need to pay another 100$ for incidentals but nowhere online did it tell me that. I felt tricked. The one front desk girls bed side manner was so horrible. She was no help. The manager was great I just felt tricked. I’m a local and have stayed here five times but after this last time I won’t be returning.
Very loud neighbors (the staff did address the issue (twice) thank you.), refrigerator leg broken, so it would tilt when I opened it, one side ov the bed light was not working. The staff was great. The gym I rate 3/5 (good). I asked for the top floor, it didn't happen. Ues, I would recommend this hotel.
Staff was very good, helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient to downtown Hillsboro and Portland.

I rented two double king rooms for my daughter’s family and my husband and me. They have a dog, and it was wonderful to see a number of dogs in leashes in the halls and the lobby. The kids swam and we really enjoyed the games and pool table in the beautiful lobby. It’s a family friendly hotel, with great amenities and a good price! There is food and drinks to buy as well as a nice bar open in the evening, located in the lobby.
My room was clean, comfortable, smelled fine and blacked out light well. Good temperature control.
