Busy weekend in Charleston with lots of people checking in due to two Tournaments in town, however, we found the front desk especially helpful since we had booked through an agency and they did not complete the reservation we made a month prior our check in person took time to double check everything on my confirmation number rebooked us into the hotel (which at first glance looked completely full judging by the crowd) and gave me instructions on how to contact the agency for a full refund on the original reservation. We did this on getting into our room (very nicely maintained) and good to her word even gave me a call on the in house phone to let me know the booking agency had called to check my request for a full refund. She was polite, bright and funny and made us feel at ease over the whole issue. We then enjoyed a lovely stay with friends we had arranged to meet in Charleston, took advantage of the daily happy hour and completed our stay the next day with a brilliant breakfast buffet. Overall very happy customers.
The maintenance men were kind and most helpful, the breakfast staff courteous. Thank you.

First time staying at an Embassy suites hotel and I was very pleased. I would stay there again.
Awesome service from pulling up to the entrance with our motorcycle they got us sheltered parking and great happy hour and breakfast. Room was clean and tasteful.

The stay was very pleasant and restful.
If you're going to make the stop or be in Charlaton, you mine as well stay at Embassy Suites. The service was great, rooms were clean and breakfast was great with many options including a custom egg/omelet option. The only drawback was that they show a hot tub on their photos and need to remove that as we specifically picked this place for having one for our son who loves them. For the money, this is definitely an upper feel than your normal Holiday Inn.
It was a beautiful place to be, especially the Christmas decorations and as always the breakfast was wonderful!
The hotel was fairly priced, great location and extremely clean.
My stay was good as usual. Price was fair. Restaurant is above average. Rooms and lobby areas are clean and well lit. Staff helpful.
