I don’t have a review. Never got to stay there because of American Airlines screw ups. As a result, I tried to cancel the reservation but couldn’t get in touch with anyone who could help. Now I’m being charged for something I didn’t receive. Therefore I am not happy with my experience!
Shocked by overall room “quality” and cleanliness needed; all woods nicked, scratched + bath floors dirty =dire need of room renovation + paid top dollar for three rooms/totally felt “duped”.
Rooms and floors especially dirty; hallways never vacuumed; wood doors and bath cabinets all nicked, shabby looking = really in need of total renovation; curtain/window areas soo dusty + caused an allergy start! Really “huge quality disappointment”, sub Embassy Suites standard!
The hotel is very nice, modern and clean. The happy hour is nice and the free, made to order, breakfast is very good. The hotel is very family friendly.

Our room was nice and all the people are nice. Some of the staff were exceptional, like Vanessa, our housekeeper and the front desk lady (forgot her name but she's an island girl). She referred us to Sammy for a ride one afternoon, he was wonderful too. The breakfast cooks and bussers were great. The ladies who cleared the tables were on the ball! The happy hour and the bartenders were great.
