The neighborhood is not so appealing however, the staff went above and beyond to assist me during my stay.
Room and continental breakfast was enjoyable. Good safe location, friendly and supportive staff, good hot food. Clean room. Some water problems, but an act of nature. Driving down into the garage a little nerve reckoning due to low ceiling and dark environment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great but they really needed more help. The breakfast was wonderful! Happy hour was a great surprise! Overall happy. The couch bed wasn’t very comfortable but expected. Kids were loud until midnight but also expected.

My stay was very good because of the staff. The front staff helped me in many ways. Including getting me out the side door so I wouldn't have to walk around to the front of the hotel from the parking lot. They truly are great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only reason for not giving you an excellent rating was the parking lot located in the back of the building and the horrible under ground facility. If I had taken my large Pit Bull with me on this trip it would have been OK, but I still would not have left my car in the underground parking. So my car stayed in the back, not well lit and sketchy. However, I will return because of the wonderful staff all of them not just the front, the cleanliness and good breakfasts.
