The older gentleman that was working on Wednesday night was awful at customer service. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for him to come to the table I was sitting at and he never moved. Was going to order food and drinks and he never made an attempt to wait on me. With that being said Monday night was the complete opposite. The lady working in the bar area was very active, friendly and attentive. Less of him and more of her. He is a anchor for your hotel.

Everything was good as usual except yall need microwave in the breakfast area and I don't like paying to park now.
Staff was very good. Enjoyed everything in our stay.
Gym really could use an elliptical machine.
My wife and I spent our wedding night here and had a wonderful time. The front desk people were so welcoming and nice. The interior of the hotel was beautiful. The complimentary drinks were a nice surprise. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We will definitely come back to celebrate our anniversary.
