Access to 15 South is excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We asked for an extra blanket ad it was promptly available. This is a pet friendly hotel. We stayed here with our West Highland White Terrier. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my two night stay at the hotel.
Not as clean as other facilities. Not enough light in bathroom.
For the amount of money we spent; a little fridge/freezer was expected. The breakfast was a little disappointing as well.
Light fixtures were broken hanging sideways off wall. Window frame broken. TV did not work. room needed vacuuming.
The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
Overall the property needs care and our room had very soiled carpet, cracked tiles in shower.
Jayden told my husband no mgr. on duty and they aren’t trained. On check out Izzy was AWESOME ! Helpful, attentive, apologized for Jayden and his amazing smile made us feel like we were appreciated for staying. Izzy should be the manager ! He beams hospitality!
Next time I’m Redding I’m staying at the Hilton.
Loud loud neighbors with full blast TV until I complained more than once; no coffee cups left at "free breakfast" about midway through opening and closing time. Nice room, very comfortable bed.
Everyone was friendly, but the cook that was making sure everyone was fed and the food was hot was AWESOME! He. Was so kind! The room was clean. It was a nice over night stay.
We stayed specifically for the pool and hot tub, but the tub was not working and pool temperature was really cold, pancake machine was not working but the place was really clean and employees really nice and helpful Thank you!

When I arrived, the girls behind the desk were awesome. Carly especially. The bed was very comfy!
The hotel experience was excellent. Competent and friendly staff, good location, clean and comfortable room.
Couldn't have been better! Cassie and Robin were delightful and so accommodating in a very stressful time.
