We've stayed at Embassy Suites in Lubbock a few times over the years, however this particular stay was the best. The staff at Embassy Suites were exceptional! Check in was easy, every time we entered/exited the hotel we were greeted, quick response to a couple of housekeeping needs, breakfast and happy hour staff were very attentive this was by far the best experience with staff of any hotel I've ever stayed in. As I mentioned, we've stayed here a few times so we like the facility, but the people who work there will be what keeps us coming back! Terrific customer service well done!
Hotel very nice, loved the layout of the hotel, rooms very spacious.
The staff was very welcoming and professional. As we entered the facility it was very impressive. The room was extremely clean and beds were comfortable.
This is an amazing hotel! I was greated with a smile and treated with respect for my entire stay. Only complaint is the hot tub in the room. My wife was taking a shower while I filled the hot tub for her. She got into the hot tub and turned on the jets and a bunch of black stuff (dirt and lint) came flowing out of the jets. I didn't want to complain, but here we are. I know you can't tell when cleaning the tub if there's anything in the jets unless you fill it up and run it. I did not complain to the front desk; instead, I left a decent tip in the room fro the maid. The room was great and this was the only problem we encountered. I will book again in the future and this minor mishap will not be a deciding factor unless it happens again.
Staff is very friendly and were very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely be staying again when we go to Lubbock again.
Room was huge and the spa tub was fun. The lounge with a live singer was so fun.
The staff was very nice. The manager was very helpful on check in. Breakfast was solid. However, Hilton should be embarrased that this hotel is under one of its banners. The room was gross and in bad condition. It was clean it's just that the ammenities were tired and in bad condition. Everything about it was really poor quality and has not been updated in forever. To charge the nightly rate you charge for that kind of hotel room is extremely disappointing.
Staff is great (especially the breakfast staff) the place is clean.
