Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Overland Park

Thank you for the cocktail hour! Breakfast was outstanding too!

The front desk at this location was pleasant, attentive and service orientated, had issue with booking and Lady at front Kris/Chris identified the error and was able to fix issue. Breakfast was on par with any good restaurant. Pool was inviting and area was clean and well stocked. Room was excellent. The staff at this hotel was so friendly and focused on customer satisfaction I would go out of my way to stay again when in the area. This was my first time traveling after becoming dis abled last year. I was nervous to leave the safety of Massachusetts but now can't wait to travel again. Thanks to the staff at Embassy Suites by Hilton. You guys are on point and much appreciated.

The people working at Embassy Suites made our stay very enjoyable.

Enjoyed everything about it. The layout felt homelike. Definitely thumbs up on the breakfast.

There were multiple children's birthday parties going on. Common areas were packed with children. We could not enjoy the pool as it was packed with screaming kids and the water was brown. No Internet connection. Only one working elevator and the place was packed. My grandsons slept on the pull out sofa bed. The springs poked them in the back all night. I don't plan to go back to this location.

People were friendly, overall the hotel was in decent shape but the our bathroom was in bad shape.

We were told at check in that we would be “upgraded” because our room wasn’t ready. The room we were given was laid out at an odd angle where you couldn’t watch the TV from bed. The TV is next to the door. They told us that we booked through a 3rd party (If I did I didn’t realize it at the time). They absolutely moved us to a terrible room because of how it was booked. Disappointed in our experience because this is a really cool hotel with friendly staff. (Except the desk. ) Did not get the rest we needed.

Food was less than stellar.

As a disabled person the hotel was functional and the staff was great. The happy hour was great. Room was quiet, comfortable and very easy to maneuver around in. Would stay there again.

We needed a quiet room and a good night's sleep. Needed to be by the hospital post surgery. Good service (my husband needed a disposable razor and the gentleman at the front desk provided one). We feel so much better than when we walked through the door and happy hour was a bonus. Staff is so friendly and helpful.
