"Requesting a refund for a stay I did not stay yet."

I am Reaching out in regards to the reservations and which I was not there and did not stay at and try to cancel and was told I could not cancel them due to me not arriving I was not refunded my money and which I tried to cancel my hotel stay and was denied cancellation because the booking was done through a third party agency. I am requesting a full refund in the amount of $224.30 from your company and which I feel should be grounded due to the fact that I have had a death in my family and was not able to stay at the at the Hotel.
