We had a good stay for the most part. Our room temperature was not ideal as it was hot and humid and never cooled off even after calling for maintenance help. The pool had so much chlorine that your eyes burned after just five minutes in the pool area. All of the staff were friendly and kind and we have always enjoyed this hotel but it needs a little attention with updating the rooms and making sure the pool chemicals are in regulation.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites Omaha La Vista and it was truly a fantastic experience from beginning to end. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and at ease. Check in was fast and friendly and every team member I encountered was courteous, professional and eager to help. My suite was spacious, spotless and very comfortable the perfect place to unwind after a long day. I especially appreciated the separate living area, cozy bed and the quiet atmosphere that made for a restful night’s sleep. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged and I immediately felt right at home. The hotel’s facilities are top notch. But what really made the stay memorable was the exceptional service. Every employee I encountered from the front desk to housekeeping to the kitchen staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely committed to making guests feel special. If you're visiting the Omaha area, I highly recommend staying at Embassy Suites Omaha La Vista. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, it’s a place that delivers comfort, convenience and outstanding service. I absolutely will be staying here every time I’m in the area.

The room was clean and the staff was lovely.

My husband was sick in the night and we needed the bedding switched out. Ryan from housekeeping was quick, diplomatic and phenomenal in the service he provided to us all on short notice.

Elevators close way to fast if you are maneuvering a wheel chair. If you don’t have a cell phone or it is not functioning properly, it is impossible to us many of your services (including parking). Our hamburger ordered for room service was hard and over cooked. We have stayed at a number of Embassy Suites in the past, this was not the best stay.

Breakfast was terrible.

Property was excellent, clean and secure. Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. Food at conference and breakfast was awesome. Great job yall and thanks.

The facilities are kept very clean and the staff is very helpful. I am really glad that we have our meetings there and the reason I like the suite set up is because I have sleep issues and can fold out the couch and have my own sleeping quarters with TV on or light on and it doesn't bother the other person I'm with. Overall it's a very nice place.
