I’ve been coming to Mandalay resort since I was 13. Everytime it’s been an excellent experience. I’d like to thank Michelle and Will at the front desk, Shawnce at the bar and Matthew from Ox and Tail for their excellent above and beyond service. They truly made our stay memorable and I appreciate all of their efforts. We will keep returning due to the level of excellence your staff provides and the welcoming presence they give. Thank you for everything!
Hotel room floors were damp and smelled mildewy. Front desk never answered the phone in the morning. No manager on site when we checked out to speak with.
I am enjoying myself here immensely. The resort and its beach are wonderful: peaceful; beautiful; and friendly. The resort staff is uniformly helpful, accommodating, professional and most pleasant.
