When I made my one nite reservation, it somehow went thru a third party who actually never made the reservation but charged me. The Operations Manager, Sergio, went beyond his responsibility to not only get me a room that nite but worked with the third party to refund the charges. It took about an hour but thankfully I was able to have a room and catch my plane the next day.
