Embassy Suites by Hilton Piscataway Somerset offers a variety of amenities including a bar/lounge, parking, gym, pool, restaurant, spa, and pet-friendly accommodations.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom even had a brand new shower curtain. We had a small dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious and not over priced. The breakfast is worth a top rating in itself. This was our first stay at an Embassy Suites. I hope others are as great as this one.

Staff was extremely hospitable and responsive. Everything was very clean and it’s an amazing space.
Hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and breakfast was exceptional. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was fine.
They gave me a room I didn't ask for which was $160 a night and I paid $220. I will never come there again.
Stayed in a two doulbe bed suite, beds are clean and comfortable sitting area is also comfortable. Lovely spacious atrium with a with trees and a brook.
