Refused to allow cancellation one hour after reservation made.
This is probably the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in and it's not like it was cheap; it was expensive. I took pictures which I will share with Hilton, but my room was disgusting. There was no 2nd lock on the door, bathtub hardware was falling off and rusted or missing, peeling wall paper, broken wall panels and dirty. Given how nice the lobby was, I was shocked at the state of my room.

Rooms were decent. The food was not very good and no dinner availability. Staff was very nice.
Staff provided me incorrect information so I did not get to enjoy the stay. And when I bring this up they said to speak with sales.
Tried to extend my stay,wanted to charge me 25% more, should less, found somewhere else.You just lost a good customer!

We have stayed in many Embassy Suites, but I think this is one of the nicest architecture, with friendly and helpful staff.
Was able to book a room at the last minute and it was excellent. The cooked to order breakfast was first class, room was clean and quiet; great pool and spa; not a complaint in the world!
