All the staff we came in contact with said hello with a smile. Queen beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet and evening happy hour snacks were delicious.

Excellent customer service and great food and atmosphere; rooms were very nice.
This property was not up to the Embassy standards. Rooms in poor maintenance. We have stayed in numerous Embassy Hotels and this one was bad. I have never had to seek reviews on your hotel. I feel I will have to in the future. This could affect me booking one in the immediate future.
Reception and Breakfast were excellent. Upon checking, toilet was dirty and not working, shower floor was dirty and mold was evident. Room was tired.
This hotel is old amd thrre does seem to be any effect to remodel or fox the issues you have. The elevators are HORRIBLE! Either broken or sooooo slow.Air Conditioning in the hotel is literally barley working. The pool area floor was extremely unsafe I saw at least one person fall on it. Very disappointing.

Been to the hotel multiple times. Great size and nice lobby and common area. Breakfast and happy hour are great. Just needs updating with the air systems. Last time the heat leaked all over our floor and this time the heat wouldn’t turn off.

Very nice room and accomodations. Parking should be free though.
The staff were so kind with treats for our little dog. We also enjoyed the happy hour and restaurant delivery in the large atrium as we had many relatives join us.
