I was very impressed with the staff at the hotel Spoke to Eva in person she was so warm and friendly it was a team pleasure to meet Her I will be back to stay again.
Clean room, helpful staff. Food was good. I would not mind using again.
Super nice hotel and all staff were great.
Everywhere we turned, we were met with cheerful helpful people who had our best interests in mind: from Sja nal at the front desk to Romeo at breakfast with his cooks and waitstaff Anthony, Mario, Roberto, Lucy, Clarissa. I'm sure that I missed one or two and we missed Martha this time. Juan from room service and the technician who fixed our microwave within minutes of calling it in. Great food and a peaceful Koi pond. Everything from start to finish was delightful. Thanks to all!
