The restaurant staff was amazing and hustled to feed our family when we showed up right before closing and provided five star service to our hungry crew. Give them all a raise. Free breakfast too.
Always an amazing experience! A relaxing stay for us, it was the perfect atmosphere for my daughter to relax before her C section the next day. Thumbs up.

I am Legally blind with one blurry eye. I use a white cane so people know I don't see good. When checking in the man gave me my key. I asked him what was my room number.? he said I can't tell you. Then I raised my cane higher so he could see I was blind. He whispered the room number to me. it's not a SSI number really.i understand about privacy but there comes situation that don't apply to that rule. After I got my room number he didn't give me any direction to go find my room. I first got on the elevator and took a ride up stairs to see the numbers on the key pad. Wasn't sure if the checking place was considered as Mezzanine floor. So I came back down and started walking around. I found the pool area and kept walking around and back to check in area. then proceeded down the next hallway. I found my room. Early when at the front desk I asked about the resturant they told what time it opened and he said it is over there. So where is over there if you can't see very far. So at 5pm I started walking around trying to find the Resturant. I walked into a space and then went to a counter and asked I am looking for the resturant. Is this it? the lady said yes and put me at a table. During the meal didn't get great service. Some People see a white cane and afraid of us. They won't catch our blindness. I asked the waiter where the breakfast area was.? Again said not sure I think it is over there point. Humm where is over? A lady came to who was eating and apologized for how I was being treated. I asked about the breakfast area she said I will find a person who can show you. Later a man named Coby came to the table and said when you are finished I will show you the breakfast area just asked for me. A short while the same customer came to me and told me she paid for my meal and was so upset and crying about how I was treated. A different hotel employee came to asked if he could help me. I told him Coby was going to show me the breakfast area. The gentleman said that he could show me. He took me to the breakfast area and showed me where each item would be. This was so helpful it is o stressful when you don't know where to go and what items they have. Most buffet have little labels above the items or just below it and doesn't help if you can see it to read. He helped me back to my room. The next morning went to the breakfast area and was stress free I knew what I wanted. The lady employee helped serve my food onto the plate and guided me to the table. I came there to the Gem Show I hate to say this but I get better service at their shows. I tell them who I am looking for and they assist by bringing me to that person. I do love your rooms they very nice. IF the staff can recognize people with disabilities and understand how they can help as real people that would be great. if you need more guidance on learning how to deal with people who are blind or visually impaired the Lighthouse for the Blind can assist training your staff. We have gone to other companies to trained them.

We have stayed at this facility several times over the last 10 years and we were disappointed in a few things: having to pay additionally for parking, the room was not as clean, the breakfast foods were not replenished. On the plus side the staff were pleasant and helpful.
I took my granddaughters for an overnight adventure. We enjoyed our visit. The place isnโt quite as magical as it used to be. The atrium is a bland, businesslike area. The decor in the rooms is a little dated and tired. The pool area was excellent and the elevators were a hit with the young ones. They had a great time and so did I. The review is only meant to help improve your facilities.
We came to Embassy Suites because of a multi day power outage. We were not alone. The hotel was full, but staff greeted us warmly. We loved the Happy Hour, the pool, the most comfortable beds and living spaces. The staff was professional and caring. What a great respite.
