The hotel was very nice and clean.
Rooms are immaculate. Beds are super comfortable. Had the best nights sleep I’ve had traveling in a very long time. This local is highly recommended.
Bed sheets didn’t fit properly and came off during the night. Bathroom had a musty, mildew smell. Other than that the room was fine.
The staff was very helpful in switching room.

My husband, daughter and I all stayed at the Embassy Suites in Syracuse for a music festival and they exceeded our expectations! Friendly staff, BEAUTIFUL lobby and rooms/suites and exceptional complimentary breakfast and evening snacks/drinks. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!
For starters walking up to the front desk and dealing with someone who did not have a good personality and almost gave the impression like she didn't like her job. Second of all it's nowhere near as nice as it was when it first opened and I stayed there many many years ago. The ice machines were out of ice. The pool was cold. This always used to be one of your five star motels which is why people would pay that kind of money at his went downhill severely from what it used to be I would never recommend this to anyone for that kind of price and I will never stay again Out of 10 I rate this a five.
Facility was awesome, rooms nice and staff courteous.
