The staff were wonderful overall! It was the state of the rooms that makes this review low. There was hair in the towels and on the sheets. There was stains on almost all the whites, bedding and towels. Squished what I thought was a big spider under the sheets, it was a clump of dirt… also there were mouse traps thrown in the parking lot, with dead mice on them.
Hello, our stay here at Ramada definitely has had its challenges. 1st let's start by addressing broken shards of glass in the hallway leading to our room 336. Someone purposely put down several small shards of glass in the hallway after I took my dog for a walk. I left my room at 5am and returned at 7am and discovered the shards of glass, especially the small piece that found its way into my dog's paw. I reported this issue to Front Desk and asked for housekeeping to bring a vacuum and clean hallway of all pieces of glass. Housekeeping never did vacuum. Also I asked the front desk to send housekeeping to change out comforter on the bed because unfortunately my K 9 companion became sick after licking her injured paw and vomited on the comforter. This was also reported at 8am Saturday March 15th 2025. We returned to our room at 7pm Saturday evening and found no vacuuming was done and no changing of our comforter. I reported issues with night clerk and they immediately sent a housekeeper. Housekeeper showed up to inform us that there was no clean King size comforters. So we are using a Queen size comforter on the King Size bed that we paid for this weekend. As for recommending this particular location, I would have to decline a recommendation at this time. Reasons why can't recommend. No.1 Not addressing my safety concerns over broken glass and lack of integrity with employees not addressing my concerns and needs. Also I will add that the Shower Curtain rod is broken and extremely loose where it mounts to wall and the water faucet in bathtub is plumbed wrong, Hot. represents Cold and the cold setting on faucet comes out Hot water, not cold. Not a big issue but does show a lack of maintenance and signs of neglect. My apologies for the unfavorable review, but as a retired Firefighter with a service animal, I still take Safety seriously. Hotel pool and breakfast were opened up for our stay due to the number of wrestlers that were staying there. The pool was also warm. Front desk also posted a blessing to the competitors! Motel does need some work.
