We were promised adjoining rooms when I booked and when we arrived it was completely the opposite. In fact, we were not even on the same floor. Very disappointed in our stay and the inconvenience that we had. When we tried at front desk, hosts were not accommodating and just kept making excuses on how busy they were. For a family of five stopping for one night as we started our vacation we were very disappointed in our stay!

Friendly staff, clean, and that’s why we return.
Our stay here was excellent. The room turned out to be a suite with sitting room, kitchen area and large bedroom with king bed and bath. It was very clean and attractive. Most importantly, quiet. We got a restful night’s sleep. I would highly recommend.
I was amazed at the beauty and cleanliness of the hotel room, the quiet and the nice view of houses on Western Ave. without having to hear any traffic. Both days the men at the front desk were nice and the breakfast and lady there were fantastic! It was easy to get to the airport when I left. Thank you!
